A North American company, built from intelligence and credibility assessment
ISCB® (International Security Certification Board) is a North American company, established in the United States. We were created to certify professional competence in fields that demand public trust: credibility assessment and regulatory compliance.
The Board was founded by former U.S. government operatives who came from the intelligence community — especially polygraph. The original founder served in U.S. Naval Intelligence and later in the FBI. From the United States we carry that discipline into two certification pathways: the credibility sector (polygraph) and the regulatory sector (compliance officer).
